The Columbus Botanical Garden is excited to announce the news of our new Executive Director, Matt Whiddon.

Matt is active in the Columbus community as the founder and president of Columbus in Color Landscape Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from the University of Georgia.

Matt has lots to bring to the Executive Director position with his knowledge and experience of horticulture. Along with running his company, Matt currently writes as a columnist for Columbus & The Valley Magazine providing gardening tips and featuring local gardens.

We are excited to see what the future has to bring with him on board! Stop by the Garden, starting Feb. 17, to meet our new director. We welcome Matt to our team!
